This Privacy Policy explains how RoseAI ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects information about you when you use the RoseAI iPhone application ("the App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data with transparency and respect.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide and improve the service:

• Account identifiers — When you sign in (via Apple or another supported method), we receive a unique account identifier. We do not receive your real name or email unless you explicitly choose to share it. • Credit balance & transaction records — We store the number of credits you have purchased and consumed, along with timestamps of those events, to operate the credits system accurately. • Image generation requests — When you submit an image and a prompt for AI editing, both are transmitted to our AI processing infrastructure to generate your result. We do not retain your uploaded images after your result has been returned to you. • Device & usage data — We may collect non-identifiable diagnostic information such as App version, device model, operating system version, and crash reports to maintain stability and improve performance. This data is not linked to your identity.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and maintain your account and credit balance. • Process your image generation requests and return results. • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or policy violations. • Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve App performance and features. • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating the service.

4. Image Data & AI Processing

Your uploaded images are sent to our AI infrastructure solely to process your editing request. We treat image data as follows:

• Images are transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS). • Images are processed ephemerally — they are not stored on our servers beyond the time required to generate your result. • We do not use your images to train AI models without your explicit consent. • AI-generated outputs are returned to your device and are not retained by us after delivery.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.

We work with a limited number of trusted service providers to operate the App:

• Apple Inc. — manages in-app purchases and, if applicable, authentication via Sign in with Apple. • AI infrastructure providers — process image generation requests on our behalf, under strict data processing agreements that prohibit them from retaining or repurposing your data.

All third parties are contractually bound to use your data only as necessary to provide their service to us and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

6. Data Retention

We retain account identifiers and credit transaction records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal and financial obligations.

Image data is not retained after your generation is complete. Aggregate, anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — Request a copy of the data we hold about you. • Correction — Ask us to correct inaccurate data. • Deletion — Request deletion of your account and associated data. • Portability — Request your data in a machine-readable format.

8. Children's Privacy

RoseAI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us immediately.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption for all data in transit, access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel, and regular security reviews of our infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
