1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using RoseAI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RoseAI.

2. Description of Service

RoseAI is an AI-powered photo editing application for iPhone. The App allows users to upload images and apply AI-generated transformations and edits. Results are delivered within the App and may be saved to your device's photo library with your permission.

3. Credits System

Access to image generation features requires credits.

• Credits are consumed per successful image generation request. A request is considered successful when the AI processes your image and returns an edited result, regardless of whether you save or use that result. • Credit balances are displayed within the App and updated in real time after each generation. • We reserve the right to adjust credit costs for specific features or models with prior notice.

4. Purchases & Refund Policy

Credits may be purchased through Apple's in-app purchase system.

• All purchases are processed and managed by Apple. Apple's payment terms and refund policies apply. • Purchased credits are non-transferable and are tied exclusively to your RoseAI account and Apple ID. • Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts. • Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active and in good standing. • We do not offer direct refunds for credits consumed by successful generations. Refund requests for unused credits must be submitted through Apple's standard refund process.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use RoseAI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Upload images of real people without their explicit consent. • Generate content that is sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or otherwise harmful. • Use the App to create deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent content. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the App's underlying AI models or infrastructure. • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the App or generate images at scale. • Circumvent credit systems, access controls, or any security measures in the App.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of original images you upload. By submitting images to RoseAI, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process them solely for the purpose of providing the service.

The AI-generated outputs are provided to you for personal use. RoseAI and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the App, its models, and underlying technology.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms. • Engaged in fraudulent activity, including unauthorized purchases or chargebacks. • Abused the credits system or attempted to manipulate generation limits. • Created content that violates our content policies or applicable law.

Upon termination, any remaining credits in your account will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

RoseAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any specific editing result will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RoseAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the "Last Updated" date below. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
